Show Low (2 Openings)
Prescott (1 Opening)
Sedona (1 Opening)
Eagar (1 Opening)
Mesa (1 Opening)
The agents will be at a negotiated Split depending on experience. I offer my agents top of the line transaction software with virtual assistant. My agents normally receive at least 2 buyers leads a day on floor and sometimes more. My office meetings are held periodically and many are offered through online meeting webinars. I specialize in REO Listings as the Broker. I do not work with buyers or retail sellers so you will not be competing with the broker for leads. I offer detailed training for agents on REO buyers and Retail/Short Sale Listings. Last year my firm sold over 18 million in REO sales.........Many buyer leads slipped through the cracks... Help me turn those leads into paychecks!
Office Floor Time is given per rotation in the Payson and Show Low Areas. Home office is required in Sedona and Eagar Area's until a retail location is established. All office locations offer management. I am open to open up shop in other areas if you are experienced with no prior legal records.
