After getting a college degree and a masters degree Ellen went to work for a company known as Nordstrom’s in the bay area. She moved from working on the floor to manager as her skill set working with buyers was over the top. She was promoted to the Regional Sector of Northern California. By that time she had opened 8 stores. Ellen knew her capabilities in the service industry and decided to expand and get her real estate license and so she did.
Ellen has worked with a company that was in Motorola, at the time we were in some of the departments that seem to relocate lots of employees. And their were others in Phoenix. After a few years I move over to a small nitch within the relocationcalled “Corporate Housing” I work for a smaller corporate housing company. Then in time stared my own company. I work in this for about 10 to 12 years and then sold it. I move back into real estate as a branch management in Chandler Arizona. From their move to Payson Az to take on the Desgated Broker for a company here in Payson. I have since moved to Arizona Resource Realty. ..........We are proud to have Ellen on our team.

She has worked as a cosmetologist , Model, and in retail for a number of years including the Supervisor over the parts and material division at Home Depot. She has also been involved in remodeling and new construction since she was a child . Barbara has experience in flipping homes and real estate investment. Her skills in the field are exceptional and she can stand toe to toe with most any construction project manager or laborer in the business. She has become a vital part of our team and her efforts and continuous hard work have helped make it possible for Arizona Resource to Manage such a high volume of assets. She enjoys spending time doing outside activities, spending time with her animals and most of all spending time with her wonderful son. She has been a wonderful addition and team member. Eileen Harbison is a native of Globe Arizona. She is perfect for her position with Arizona Resource Realty and has proven to be a great asset in our Southeast Gila County region. She has 30 years experience in the Hardware industry but has also vast experience in public relations including a bookkeeper, boutique sales, a care giver and pet care taker which are things she enjoys very much. She has two grown children and 3 grandchildren and loves to do anything that involves her family. She also enjoys reading, sewing, and singing on her worship team at Church.
